This is my second perfume feature, but this one is really worth the post.  L’Eau d’Hiver is a powdery iris & heliotrope fragrance that lingers on the skin with a surprising tenacity for such a light scent. It’s supposed to be a winter perfume, but frankly I see it  it easily blending into the springtime weather or on a rainy day like this (mind you, it’s been raining like mad in the East Midlands)

It’s a creation by Jean-Claude Ellena, who has worked for the likes of Hermès, Van Cleef & Arpels, Bulgari and many others.

I was so excited to receive my order today from moo.com, since I wasn’t expecting it until the 13th of this month.

I’m impressed with the quality of the paper and finish, and I love how you can opt for rounded corners since I wouldn’t have them any other way out of practical reasons. I’ve designed them in a really simple and straightforward way, with one side showcasing one of my  photos and the other with my contact details written in a neoclassic  typeface. Fashion editorial-worthy too.
